The popular Downtown Holiday Market returns to Washington, DC in 2021. The bazaar, operated by the DowntownDC Business Improvement District and Diverse Markets Management, starts November 19, as the holiday season kicks off. The 17th Annual Downtown Holiday Market will set up shop in Penn Quarter, covering two blocks with a worth-the-visit outdoor, winter wonderland.
