The Ballston Quarterfest returns to Arlington, Va. the weekend of May 18-19. The two-day festival offers music, drinks, food and entertainment for adults and the entire family. What’s more, the event is free. Admission to the restaurant crawl and street pub, however, is made possible through the purchase of an event wristband. The Ballston Quarterfest will pass along proceeds from the event to BallstonGives. According to the event’s online profile, BallstonGives is a nonprofit that donates funding to other Arlington charities, Arlington Food Assistance Center and Arlington Street Peoples Assistance Network.

The popular Tiki TNT hangout, within the Potomac Distilling Company, will have New Orleans-themed food and drinks, appropriately, since its chef is from the same area and has been brought up in its rich traditions.
