Tiger Fork has reopened for on-premises dining, also announcing a new outdoor patio jetting out as a streatery. The patio will seat 48 guests and offer al-fresco dining, with additional safety measures put in place. Plus, there’s contactless payment for ordering and disposable serveware on tap. Tiger Fork’s guests will be able to place guaranteed reservations from Wednesday to Sunday with limited-capacity seating.

Tabla, the more casual sister-version of Supra, a Georgian restaurant, formally opens July 6. It’s a 2020 opening that has been much anticipated in the Park View neighborhood. Due to the health crisis, Tabla will offer modified service on the 25-seat patio and indoor seating at 50-percent capacity. In addition, takeout service is available through contactless ordering and pickup, while delivery service on the Table Side app will be launched in the near future.

Georgian restaurant Supra updated its menu for summer 2019 with seasonal dishes and tastes from the grill. The grilled menu features dishes like the Chicken Bazhe. Supra grills the chicken in a walnut sauce, and then serves it on a grilled flatbread with cucumber and fresh herbs. The Shaw, Washington, D.C. restaurant is also featuring Grilled Chicken Wings, served with a savory blackberry sauce and Turkish peppers.
Astro Doughnuts releases tasty, colorful treats for August
Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken has released its August seasonal flavors. The August selections are an explosion of color, with the addition of the Sangria doughnut, Banana Guava Smoothie, Chocolate Mochachino, and Key Lime Pie. The Sangria doughnut is topped with a fruity red wine sangria glaze that has a touch of orange and brandy, and is garnished with orange segments and is priced at $3.25.
Chiko After Dark Series continues in July with Adam Greenberg, Brandon Langley from Coconut Club
Fine-casual Chiko, fusing Chinese and Korean dishes with upscale creativity, will be hosting its After Dark Series with an event July 20, 2018. Featured on this date will be special guests Chef Adam Greenberg and Bartender Brandon Langley of the upcoming Coconut Club in D.C and it’s a walk-in affair. The special menu starts at 9:30 p.m. and continues through midnight.
