Talented chefs, bartenders serve up Asian-inspired food, cocktails

Cantonese-inspired Tiger Fork will host a Night Market Thursday, December 5. The Hong Kong-themed-night will feature food and drink stands and a Chinese mini-market full of Chinese wares. The restaurant is supplying a DJ to keep the beats and tempo going all night long. Special guests, Chef Seng Luangrath, of the likes of Thip Khao and Hanumanh, will be on hand to celebrate the night. Additionally, Tiger Fork’s Chef Irvin Van Oordt, the restaurant’s opening chef, is also serving creative street food and snacks.
