Phase Two groundbreaking signals new chapter for the Wharf

The buzz around the Wharf in Washington, D.C. is Phase Two, which will add more than one million square feet of mixed-use space to the District Wharf. Recently announced, Balfour Beatty will be the general contractor for the new project. Phase Two will add a Marina, offices, hotel space, residential, retail, and open spaces, including parks and public gathering spots. The District Wharf Phase Two will add 255 apartments and 96 condominiums, in addition to 131 hotel rooms.
