It becomes first D.C. restaurant to exclusively serve Malaysian-cuisine

Makan, a Maylaysian restaurant, and the first exclusive restaurant of Malyasian cuisine in the Washington, D.C. region is opening next week. A new report from Washingtonian expands more on the eatery that chef James Wozniuk, formerly of Maketto, will open in the Columbia Heights space vacated by Meridian Pint. For Wozniuk, The Thirsty Crow has proven to be a good testing ground for the dishes that will be served at Makan.
