Menu reflects eclectic, global flavors, underpinned by British- Indian inspiration
Gerrard Street Kitchen opens today, November 18, at the Darcy Hotel. The restaurant replaces Siren by RW, which occupied the same space, and closed January with plans for a relocation. Gerrard Street Executive Chef Jaime Velasquez helms the kitchen with an eclectic mix of international flavors. The chef’s global cuisine taps flavors of Japan, Morocco, and South Asia, with hints of British-Indian culinary influence throughout.
