The New York-style pizza shop relies on pure craftsmanship around its dough, which is cold-fermented for 72 hours and cooked in a New York deck oven, creating a crisp pizza on the outside and soft and chewy in the interior.

The fabric of today’s restaurant industry is stitched with threads of many backgrounds. The Pizzeria Paradiso chain will pay tribute to the rich diversity of its employees. The company will feature select employees and their home cuisines with one or two special pizzas each month.
