Fashion your mini-golf happy time at Puttery in Penn Quarter, now open

Puttery opened today, June 23, in DC’s Penn Quarter. The newest indoor mini golf and entertainment venue features three 9-hole courses. Each course offers its own theme, including Art Museum, Conservatory and Illusion.

What takes Puttery, owned and operated by Drive Shack, Inc. to the next level is its lounge areas, which offer tasty appetizers and chill drinks. Starters at the Penn Quarter Puttery include

  • Charcuterie Board
  • Sous Vide Pork Belly
  • House Cut Fries
  • Bruschetta
  • Tuna Tostadas
  • Edamame
  • Veggie Potstickers
  • Oven Roasted Meatballs
  • Beef Sliders
  • Lamb Sliders
  • Fire Shrimp

Swizzle Chill TV had an opportunity to try some of these at a pre-opening event. Out of the ones we were able to try, Tuna Tostadas and Beef Sliders were our top favorites. All the plates we did try were full of flavor. What’s more, the staff was exceptionally friendly. The Over Roasted Meatballs were juicy, covered in a sauce that was thick and zesty.

The libations offer an inventive, diverse selection. Craft cocktails include the following—we marked our faves out of the ones we did try:

  • Tasty Green x
  • Labor of Dove
  • Nice Island Spice
  • BBQ on a Saturday Night
  • Mean Machine x
  • Shand by Me
  • Margarita Standoff
  • Good Sound & Beach Bound
  • Proper Old Fashioned x
  • Coastal Ocean Potion
  • The Mark of Cincoro
