RAMW readies Summer DC Restaurant Week 2022

Local diners can take advantage of dine-in prix fixe for $25 per person, RW-To-Go meals starting at $35 per person

Metropolitan Washington Restaurant Week returns to the DMV region Monday, August 15 to Sunday, August 21, 2022. As per tradition, the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington (RAMW), a DC restaurant advocacy organization, will sponsor and market the event, also known as Summer DC Restaurant Week. Over the years, Restaurant Week has become a popular biannual celebration of the local industry.

The week-long event will offer a flexible way for diners in the Washington, DC area to enjoy special brunch and lunch menus for $25 per person. Dinner, too, will be part of special tastings with $40 to $55 per person multi-course meals being offered for in-restaurant dining.

Guests will have options during Summer DC Restaurant Week 2022 as far as being able to select dine-in or to-go orders. As such, many restaurants will offer the RW-To-Go dinner packages, available for $70 or $100 for two people, and $140 or $200 for four people.

RAMW plans to launch the event website www.rwdmv.com in the coming weeks, it announced. Diners will be able to view menus and make reservations, accordingly. As each restaurant joins the promotion, they will appear on the Summer DC Restaurant Week website.

Restaurant Week sponsors include Events DC, OpenTable, Pepco, and NBC Washington/Telemundo.
