Tiger Fork features exclusive Double Dagger craft beer

Special promotions add in Mushu Pancakes, Ming River Baijiu

Tiger Fork has unveiled the Double Dagger, a DC Brau brew that is only available at the Hong Kong-inspired eatery. The exclusive craft beer will be available in cans designed by John DeNapoli over at EditLab at Streetsense.

The Tiger Fork X DC Brau Double Dagger is an easy-drinking, rice lager. The restaurant notes it is light in body and ideal for pairing with Asian cuisine. A lager with minimal hop flavor, Double Dagger is refreshing with “lively carbonation using Tettnanger hops and a Bohemian Lager yeast.”

Double Dagger has landed on Tiger Fork’s drink menu for $6. On the Late Night Menu, there are a few specials, available at 9 p.m. each night. The specials go through 10:45 p.m. Friday – Saturday; and 9:45 p.m. Sunday and Tuesday – Thursday:

  • Double Dagger + shot of Ming River Baijiu, priced at $16
  • Double Dagger + 12-hour Peach Pork Mushu Pancakes. Tiger Fork offers the build-your-own pancakes with “low & slow” pork shoulder marinated with peach hoison and soy, with pickled red onions and cilantro, priced at $16
