DC-area event features special wine experiences by flights or by the glass
The Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) will host its 2022 Spring Wine Fling starting at the end of March. The annual event will highlight the creativity of local, Metro-Washington wine programs.
During the Spring Wine Fling, special promotions will help guests experience delightful wines by flights or by the glass.
Cranes will unveil a rosé wine flight and pairings tasting on Tuesday, March 29. Enjoy six different styles of rosé and curated bites from chef Pepe Moncayo. At Lyle’s, the team’s favorite, women-owned, Black-owned, and LGBTQ+-owned wines by the glass will be on full display at the Gallery at Lyle Hotel. The complimentary tasting is slated for Wednesday, April 6.
Slate Wine Bar welcomes guests for a special wine dinner event Wednesday, March 30, with Gonzalo Amigo of Bodeas Madai. Also on tap: a five-course culinary experience created by Chef Danny Lledó. Wildfire will have special wines by the glass, wine flights, and a wine dinner on Wednesday, April 7. The Tysons, Va. restaurant’s wine dinner will be served in five courses.
