Marketing campaign promotes upscale living in 65-unit condo community
A new marketing campaign has announced the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Chevy Chase. A recent email describes the community as “iconic living” and “effortless beauty.” The Washington Business Journal reported on the partnership between The Bozzuto Group and Ritz-Carlton Residences in October.
The condo residences will offer many of the amenities that the Ritz-Carlton is known for, including a 24-hour concierge and doorman & porter service. David M. Schwarz designed the exterior, while the luxurious interiors of marble and layered woods were imagined by the award-winning Akseizer Design Group (ADG).
As part of a larger community on Chevy Chase Lake, the 65-unit condo collection adds to a $200M development that Bozzuto partnered with Chevy Chase Land Co. on, according to the Journal. The suburban expanse includes 470 apartments and 100,000 square feet of retail space.
The top floors will feature a Fresco terrace, a Scotch & Hearth space and a piano lounge, state-of-the-art fitness facility and meditation terrace.
Pre-sales have begun in the Ritz-Carlton Residences sales gallery.
