Clifton, Va. destination provides customers tasty flexibility
Trummer’s will feature a special pickup-only Thanksgiving dinner this year, available by pre-order. Customers who wish to place an order for The Feast have until November 15 and can pick up their dinners on the 25th or 26th. In addition, the Clifton, Va.-based dining destination will offer a special menu for the in-restaurant experience on Thanksgiving Day.
Trummer’s Thanksgiving To-Go Feast
A fully carved, Rotisserie Heritage Turkey, roasted whole, headlines The Feast. Trummer’s serves the turkey with gravy and several sides, including baked Mac and Cheese, Red Skin Mashed Potatoes, Cornbread Stuffing, and Brussels Sprouts with Spicy Sausage. The special dinner is ideal for six people.

In-restaurant holiday dining
For on-premises dining, Trummer’s will serve up a three-course Thanksgiving family-style meal on the patio, which is heated. The owners and management team have developed a social-distancing plan to make the most of the spacious, three-level restaurant space and keep diners safe, according to an email.
Reservations are sure to go fast. Diners can select time slots from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. by navigating to OpenTable here.
- Anson Mills Cornbread with whipped honey butter
- Delicata Squash Salad with goat cheese, pumpkin seeds and apple cider dressing
Entree options (a choice of only one)
- Rotisserie Heritage Turkey
- Roseda Farms Prime Rib
- Pan Roasted Salmon with lemon-caper
- Sunchoke Risotto with honey crisp apple, walnuts and sage
Diners will also have a pick at any of the sides that are on the To-Go menu.
To cap off the evening, the dessert menu will feature Pumpkin Cheesecake, served with salted caramel, candied pepitas and spiced Chantilly and a Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie, served with chocolate ganache and vanilla Chantilly.
