An eclectic, playful endeavor
Tiki TNT at the District Wharf brought back its must-try brunch featuring a mix of healthy bites and bountiful dishes. The Feel Good Bowl features banana, mango and pineapple atop Greek yogurt, with house-made granola. A heartier, yet playful dish—The Spam Musubi – features grilled slabs of canned-meat substitute in layers between Sushi rice, wrapped in Nor.
There’s also a dish of crispy Tiki (tater) Tots served with savory Chili melted Monterrey Jack, and “Tiki de Gallo,” which is freshly diced pineapple, mango, scallions, and cilantro. And guests can finish off brunch with a dessert that was made in partnership with Chef David Guas, owner of Bayou Bakery, The Bayou Boozy Ass Rum Buns. These Tiki TNT-Bayou buns are a nod to a former Waterfront destination, Hogate’s original.
Expect a good selection of cocktails to accompany the boozy brunch experience:
- With the Bottomless P.O.G. Mimosa, guests can add their own choice of juice: Pineapple, Grapefruit, or the traditional OJ
- Tiki TNT’s own riff on the traditional Bloody Mary comes in the form of the Tomato Cocktail, an appealing mix of Reigner Vodka, Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Garlic, and Tabasco
- The Drunk Ass Bird features Thrasher’s Green Spiced Rum, Pineapple, Lime, and Don Ciccio Ambrosia.
- Frozen daiquiris and traditional Tiki cocktails can be had as well
