Gravitas begins takeout, delivery service in D.C.

New menus inspired by restaurant’s employees

Gravitas began offering takeout and delivery. The menu comprises dishes prepared by the staff, representing their families and cultures. These hearty dishes are part of a just-released delivery and pick-up menu. The staff will also be sharing stories of their new dishes over the next few weeks.

  • Half Roasted Chicken by James Collura (sous chef), $24 – Mashed potatoes, braised greens, chicken jus
