Vista to be renamed Bell at Courthouse

Bell Partners acquired the Vista apartment community Vista on Courthouse in Arlington, Va. As part of its acquisition strategy, Bell Partner continues to expand in the Metro-Washington, D.C. Region The 220-unit multifamily community will be renamed Bell at Courthouse. This acquisition follows the purchase of Bell Arlington Ridge in June.

The Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor continues to expand and represent a vibrant and attractive lifestyle corridor. In addition to quick access to Route 50 and the Courthouse Metro Station, Bell at Courthouse finds itself just minutes from National Landing, which is home to Amazon HQ2.

Bell at Courthouse’s includes amenities, such as a swimming pool, club room, fitness center and barbecue-grilling area. Modern apartments feature washers and dryers, granite countertops, stainless steel furniture, and private balconies. Additionally, townhomes at Bell at Courthouse feature floor-to-ceiling windows.

Greensboro, N.C.-based Bell Partners has been quietly making investments in attractively-priced communities in high-density, valuable locations in the D.C. area. It now operates 23 communities in Arlington, Va. In addition to acquisition and redevelopment, Bell is known to be a savvy third-party property management company.

“The Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor is an attractive place to live and work and has projected strong employment growth,” said John Blaylock, senior VP of Investments at Bell Partners. “We also plan to renovate the amenity spaces and unit interiors (of Bell at Courthouse) to enhance the resident living experience.”
