Savor—An American Craft Beer and Food Experience returns to D.C. in May
Savor—An American Craft Beer & Food Experience returns to the nation’s capital this spring. The one-night only event will take place in May 2019. Hosted at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C. and presented by the Brewers Association, Savor 2019 pairs small and independent craft beer with tasty small plates. The experience has been an attraction for beer lovers and foodies for 11 years as Savor enters its 12th year of preparing for and creating the event.
Savor 2019 serves up curated, craft beer and food pairings
Ninety small and independent, craft breweries are represented during Savor night, with one-third of them participating for the first time. Savor 2019 attendees will enjoy curated pairings and sample from a selection of over 180 beers. The Brewers Association announced. Master curator, Adam Doyle, executive chef of the Brewers Association and author of the “The Beer Pantry,” will help create the experience for guests, along with other noted chefs, Cicerones® and purveyors.
