Taberna del Alaberdero Paella Festival includes Paella selections, a weekly buffet, demonstrations, cooking class
Spanish restaurant Taberna del Alabardero in Washington, D.C. is honoring its homeland’s dish with a celebration, holding a Paella Festival in November. During the festival, guests can pick from some tasty Paella dishes during lunch and dinner for $28. Additionally, each Tuesday in November, there is a Paella buffet for $30 with hefty servings of three choices of Paellas and a choice of one tapas appetizer.

Paella demonstrations and cooking class
Each Thursday in November, Taberna del Alabardero’s Chef Carlos Gomez demonstrates Paella-making techniques as he sets up a cooking station in the dining room for dine-in guests to watch.
